I am more than happy with the service I received today. It is a bad experience, through no fault of your own, due to the mechanism breaking, to be locked out of your house with no phone, no money and freezing cold. Thankfully, due to kind neighbours, they googled a few locksmiths for me to ring..... out of many, the only one that came within 2 hours ( the rest said 'next day' or in 6/8 hours...) was Lockforce. They did originally say 3 hours, but kindly messaged me to say they were on their way because the last job was not as complicated as they thought. Within minutes they had the door opened and not too long afterwards, had the jam repaired and replaced. No dirt, no fuss. Polite and efficient. I will use them every time, but hopefully will never be locked out again !! - being locked out is not fun.... Julie, Hull.
